Alice Cellamare - Managing Director
Alice is a civil engineer, specialized in urban water management. She has extensive international experience in the field of technical capacity building, project coordination and stakeholder relations. She lead several environmental and social programs and worked in water and wastewater utility management as well as infrastructure projects.
Khaled Hassan - Head of Engineering
Since 2009 and throughout his career, Khaled has gathered a multitude of experiences in different fields. From infrastructure to water and environment to energy, he is always keen about understanding the client’s needs and unique requirements in order to come up with the most holistic, technically sound and feasible solutions to ensure the complete satisfaction and sustainability of the client. He holds a MSc. degree in engineering from TU-Berlin and has been engaged in professional and academic projects in Africa, Asia and Europe.
Ahmed Monir - MENA Business Development
Ahmed is our business guy in the middle east and north Africa region. Since early on he has been involved with different business and consulting for industries with a focus on ensuring highly efficient operations from start to end. Apart from being responsible for our business development, he is also helping our clients when it comes to their business and marketing aspects. He also holds a MSc. degree in business information systems and serves as a consultant and a director for a multitude of running businesses.
Susanne Schmidt - Environmental Engineer
Susanne is specialized in water and soil systems. From site investigation to lab analysis to integrating new measures, she supports the clients and keeps them informed about the on-going process. She has years of experience in process management, working mainly with companies in the touristic and gastronomic sector. By analyzing the client’s energy and material flows, she finds evernew ways for improvement and shows the client potentials for a brighter future. She has a Master in Environmental Engineering and studied in universities in Germany, Portugal, and Brazil.
Samer Elmasri - Electromechanical Engineer
As a mechanical engineer, Samer has extensive experience in many engineering fields. He has worked with construction, water and wastewater treatment and energy. His extensive experience in pumps and MBR design helped many clients to achieve remarkable results in energy optimization and environmental sustainability aspects. He holds a MSc. degree and is currently conducting his PhD research at TU-Berlin.
